“ Good place to shop for groceries. I hope they will fix the parking lot that is full of holes for more than a year. It would not only make the trip more pleasant, but increase the life of their shopping carts that also move along the very wobbly lot UPDATE May 5, 2024. The parking lot has been resurfaced. Its so much better now. Thank you Kroger for making my shopping experience at your Chenal store much more better ”
“ Great selections of produce and take home and heat meals. Warm bar chicken strips etc wasnt great and not a nice selection. Great variety of olives and cheeses. Has sushi available near produce section. There were plenty of open self checkouts when I went today. A lot of merchandise was marked down out front outside of store. I found everything I wanted and then some. The best Kroger is Chenal Kroger ”

“ Displays were colorful and attractive yet wellplaced. Employees were knowledgeable and helpful. Obtaining their affinity card was a piece of cake. The aisles were clearly marked with the merchandise they held. Comfort facilities were wellmarked and clean. The layout seemed very familiar, maybe because it is similar to the layout of a large and excellent Texas chain of grocery stores. The store structure was like a ranch house, very long but not too deep. This makes for easy access to the store from the parking lot, as long as you know which part of the store you want to visit. The only complaint I have is that Google Maps directions both by voice and by visual map led in a different direction. Maybe theres another Kroger north of this one. ”

“ This Kroger is conveniently located off Chenal Parkway and has Clicklist!! If you have never used Clicklist, you should. You add to your cart everything you want to buy, select a time to pick it up and drive up where they load the items in your car. It saves me so much money because I actually stick to what I need. Besides Clicklist, this Kroger has a great selection of fresh produce. You can find abstract veggies like celery root and tons of greens. Avoid last minute holiday grabs. It is a super Kroger so it has a pharmacy, home decor, toys, clothes, and more. ”
